抗球虫药氯氟苄腺嘌呤的研究进展

摘要: 氯氟苄腺嘌呤属于核苷酸类化合物,是一种新型抗球虫药,具有广谱的抗球虫活性,目前在中国尚未有相关的产品上市。作者主要阐述了氯氟苄腺嘌呤的作用机理、国内外研究进展,并分析了其在鸡球虫病防制方面的应用前景,为氯氟苄腺嘌呤在中国的研究、推广和应用提供参考依据。

Abstract: Arprinocide was one of a class of ribonucleotide possessing broad-spectrum anticoccidial activity in chickens, and there were no relative products in China. The author reviewed the mechanism of action and the current study of arprinocid at home and abroad, and analysed the application prospect of prevention and treatment coccidiosis in chickens,which could provide the reference evidence to study, spread and use for chickens in the farms.
