转基因水稻饲用安全性评价的研究进展

摘要: 现代生物技术的发展为利用外源动物、植物、微生物基因培育优良转基因水稻品种提供了新的途径。随着人们对食品安全问题的格外关注,转基因水稻的食用安全性日益成为关注的焦点。作者简要综述了近年来国内外转基因水稻研究现状与安全性评价的最新进展。

Abstract: The development of modern biotechnology provided a new way for the use of exogenous animals,plants,microorganisms genetically bred the excellent genetically modified (GM) rice varieties.Along with people's special concern to food safety,the food security of GM rice was increasingly becoming the focus of attention.A brief overview of the latest progress in the research status and feed security evaluation of GM rice domestic and abroad had been reviewed in this paper.
