大田软海绵酸致病性及检测方法研究进展

摘要: 大田软海绵酸(okadaic acid,OA)属于海洋腹泻性贝毒,是一类常见的赤潮藻毒素,富集于多种海洋软体动物的消化腺内,食用被污染的海产品后会发生腹泻性中毒,中毒症状极易与细菌性胃肠炎混淆,且OA具有长期的致癌效应。作者就大田软海绵酸的结构性质、致病性及检测方法进行综述,以使公众进一步了解OA检测的公共卫生意义。

Abstract: Okadaic acid is one of potent marine biotoxins that can cause diarrhetic shellfish poisoning when consumed. It is produced by marine dinoflagellates and accumulated in digestive glands of shellfish by food chain.The acute food poisoning symptom of eating contaminated seafood is similar to that of the bacterium gastroenteritis. It has a long-term toxicity/carcinogenicity and had been shown to be a potent tumor promoter. Review the constitutive properties, pathogenicity and detecting methods of OA in order to let the public know the significance of detection of OA on the food hygiene and safety.
