摘要:实时荧光定量PCR(real- time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction, FQ- PCR)是在定性PCR技术基础上发展起来的核酸定量技术,它具有特异性强、PCR污染少、自动化程度高等特点。作者就实时荧光定量PCR技术的主要原理及目前在分子生物学领域,病原体和肿瘤等方面的检测和诊断应用进行了概述。

Abstract: Abstract: Real- time quantitative PCR is a qualitative PCR technique developed on the basis of the nucleic acid quantification. The qualities to be more specific, less polluted, and highly automated. This paper reviews main principles, and detection and diagnosis in pathogens and tumors of real- time fluorescence quantitative PCR.
