摘要: 作者阐述了酵母菌在单胃及反刍动物中的作用机制。在反刍动物中酵母菌的作用主要依赖于饮食,通过调整瘤胃pH,增加瘤胃细菌浓度,调控胃肠发酵,减少腹泻,并刺激胃肠发育,因而可改善饲料利用率,提高生产性能。在单胃动物中酵母菌的作用主要是颉颃肠道病原菌、刺激肠细胞刷状缘双糖酶活性、抑制毒素和降解毒素及毒素受体、增强肠道黏膜的免疫功能等作用。

Abstract: The model of yeast in monogastric animals and ruminants is reviewed. The action of yeast in ruminants is mainly dependent on diets, regulated ruminal pH, stimulate ruminal microbials and then improve ruminal circumstances. In monogastric, the function of yeast is antagonistic to pathogens and stimulate brush border disaccharidases, inhibit and degrade toxin, increase immunity action.
