摘要: 鸡干扰素主要由活化的T细胞、NK细胞产生,具有广谱抗病毒、抗肿瘤和免疫调节等作用。鸡干扰素-γ基因已经被成功克隆并在Vero细胞和大肠杆菌等表达系统中表达,并且被证明与鸡球虫病的免疫有关,它可激活巨噬细胞,增强K细胞、NK细胞的抗感染作用。另外,ChIFN-γ可用作免疫增强剂,具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract: Chicken interferon comes from the activated T cells, NK cells.It has many functions, such as broad-spectrum anti-viral, anti-tumor and the role of immunity regulation.Chicken interferon-γ gene has been cloned successfully in vero cells and E. coli and so on.Also chicken interferon-γ gene has been expressed and proved to enhance the immunity function against chicken coccidiosis.It could activate macrophages and reinforce the role of anti-infective of K cells, NK cells.In addition, ChIFN-γ can be used as immunoenhancer, which has a wide range of application.
