摘要: 核酸疫苗作为第3代新型疫苗,其制作简单、经济安全、易于贮存运输等优点已日益引起广泛重视。复制型或称“自杀性”DNA 疫苗是基于常规的DNA疫苗和自主复制型RNA疫苗而发展起来的一种新型疫苗,具备高度的安全稳定性和对外源基因的高效表达。作者简述了常规DNA疫苗的发展过程和复制型DNA疫苗的研究进展。

Abstract: As the third generation of vaccine, DNA vaccine seems to be advantageous over classic immunization with which was used safely, economically and conveniently. Replicative DNA vaccine(or suicidal DNA vaccine) was based on conventional DNA vaccine and RNA self-replicon-based vaccine, it not only has high stability and security, but also has high level of heterologous gene expression. In this article, the development of classic DNA vaccine and construction, biological mechanism, advantage and some new advances in research on replicative DNA vaccine are briefly reviewed.
