摘要: 以超细型新吉细毛羊为研究对象,通过对AFLP技术体系的各项条件的优化,包括双酶切、连接、预扩增和选择性扩增,变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和银染,建立了适合于超细型细毛羊基因组多态性分析的AFLP技术体系。

Abstract: An AFLP(amplified fragment length polymorphism) analysis system was established with Xinji superfine Merino sheep by optimizing of AFLP technical system ,including enzyme digestion, adapter ligation ,preamplification ,selective amplification, denatured polyacrylamide gel electrophoresisa and silver staining .
