摘要: 作者系统概括了纳豆芽孢杆菌作为饲用微生物的特点、作用机理和饲用效果。纳豆芽孢杆菌是从日本发酵大豆中分离出来的,它被运用于动物饲养并取得了良好效果。阐述了纳豆芽孢杆菌在肠道中的活性和增殖作用,其抗菌物质能抑制肠道好氧性致病菌生长,它富含多种酶类可提高饲料消化率,它还能刺激动物机体免疫反应从而提高机体免疫力。最后作者提出了纳豆芽孢杆菌作为饲用微生物所面临的问题并指出了发展方向和前景。

Abstract: Bacillus subtilis natto is isolated from Japanese fermented soybeans and has been used as probiotics in animal production for a period. This review provides background on the characters, mechanism and application of Bacillus subtilis natto as probiotics in animal production, and discusses its recent developments.
