Abstract:

In this study, we isolated a strain from diseased Clariasfuscus. Through morphological observation, physiological and biochemical tests, 16S rDNA and phylogenetic tree analysis method, it was concluded that the pathogen was Morganella morganii. Artificial infection experiment results showed that the pathogen had strong pathogenicity to Clariasfuscus, and also had strong pathogenicity to totilapia, loach and carp. The drug sensitivity test results showed that the KD01 strains had high resistance to 6 medicines, including penicillin G, ampicillin and novobiocin, and so on. And it had the sensitivity to the 15 medicines, including chemitrim, enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin, and so on.The test results of hemorrhage of intestinal necrosis disease study provided a strong basis for the study of Clariasfuscus, also could guide farmers to the rational use of drugs.
