Abstract: The BALB/c mice were immunized with HEV inactive vaccines of two kinds of adjuvant, Al(OH)3 assistant inactive vaccine and propolis assistant inactive vaccine. The serum samples from mice were monitored with hemagglutination inhibition(HI)test. Comparison of different adjuvant effect was analyzed according to antibody titer of mice. The results showed that Al(OH)3 assistant inactive vaccine stimulated early immune response and produced a continuous and high level antibody. The vaccine candidacy of HEV inactivated vaccine with Al(OH)3 adjuvant was proposed.
