猪化脓隐秘杆菌的分离与鉴定

Abstract

Abstract: A bacterial which was Gram positive, slenderness and irregularity in appearance were isolated from a pig， its liver had purulence nodus and lungs and the spleen were haematocele. The isolated bacterium grew slowly in BSA, sheep’s blood agar and chocolate agar, and showed α-haemolysis in sheep’s blood agar. The results of 16S rDNA PCR sequence and API biochemistry identification showed that the isolated bacterium was Arcanobacterium pyogenes. The Arcanobacterium pyogenes caused 100% mouse death in 24~52 h, and cause rabbit death in 72 h by enterocoelia innoculation, it showed that it was virulent bacterium.
