Abstract: Cytosine refers to a number of small molecular peptide glycoproteins, which are produced by some immune or non-immune cells which have biological activity, relating with hematopoietic and inflammation and immune response. Therefore, cytokine assays in animal-induced immunosuppressive diseases has a very important clinical significance. This paper describes the detection of cytokines, cytokine-related immune suppression and the value of cytokines detection on chicken immunosuppression disease.
