Abstract: Arsenic preparations has been widely used in the production of livestock just because its effect on increasing weight and improving the feed efficiency,however,long-term use or improper dosage can cause chronic poisoning of arsenic in animals. Then it can lead to the corresponding disease of human through the enrichment of food chain. Chronic arsenic poisoning can cause skin damage,cardiovascular disease,urinary system and neurological damage and diabetes,what’s more,arsenic is also a certain carcinogens. The article summarizes on the poisoning toxicological pathology of animal’s arsenicalism and outlooks the possible research directions of arsenicalism.
