宏基因组学在动物胃肠道微生物研究中的应用

Abstract

Abstract: Under laboratory conditions, cultivable microbes with less than 1% of total microbes in nature, this is limited to understanding and utilization of environmental microbiota.Metagenomics break through the culturable method, and bring a new technology for study microbial diversity and functional genomics.This paper presents the concept and basic research methods, with emphasis on its application and achievement in gastrointestinal tract of an animal.At the same time, prospected the perspective of metagenomics.
