Abstract: The assay was aimed to study the pathology and toxicology changes of compound Agaricus blazei Murill polysaccharide oral liquid impacting on rats through continuous gavage.Divide rats into high dose group, middle dose group, low dose group and solvent control group.Give rats a continuous gavage for 9 weeks with 5.6,2.8,1.4 g/kg compound Agaricus blazei Murill polysaccharide oral liquid and same capacity of distilled water (NS).Observe and detect the clinical symptoms, hematology, blood biochemical and pathologic changes of viscera of rats. The results were that in the clinical symptoms and pathology, there were no conspicuous differences. In body weight, there were no significant differences among the groups (P>0.05).Compared with control group, heart index, liver index, kidney index of high dose group, and heart index and liver index of middle dose group all had significant differences (P<0.05).Compared with control group,WBC,LYM,MID,GRA and PLT of high dose group, and WBC,GRA and PLT of middle dose group all had significant differences (P<0.05).Compared with control group, Cre and TG of high dose group, and TG of middle and low dose groups all had significant differences (P<0.05).The results showed that the middle and low dose groups of compound Agaricus blazei Murill polysaccharide oral liquid had no obvious toxicity.
