Abstract: In this experiment, the effect of different concentration vitamin C on the mortality rate of bees after vitamin C treating and the expression level of copper/zinc superoxide dismutase (Acc-SOD1) mRNA using quantitative Real-time (qRT)-PCR of Apis cerana cerana was studied. The results showed that, with the increasing of the vitamin C concentration, the mortality rate of bees decreased significantly (P<0.05), but the expression level of Acc-SOD1 was no significantly changed (P>0.05).
