应激对妊娠期母体免疫影响的研究进展

Abstract

Abstract: Environmental stress on animal growth and reproduction of influence were more and more serious with the development of intensive aquaculture. Pregnancy maternal stress would induce maternal emotional tension, affect fetal development, and even cause abortion. Mechanism of stress influence might be caused maternal immunity and the number and activity of uterus lymphocytes, NK disharmony, and then induced the disorder of maternal immunity through the activation of the nerve-endocrine, immune network, which would initiate the embryonic immune rejection, affect fetal dysplasia and even death. The research progress of stress on pregnancy, and the influences role path, especially stress on maternal immune during pregnancy were summarized.
