Abstract: Bovine respiratory disease (BRD) was a major disease problem for the cattle industry, causing economic losses which was of major economic importance to the America and the global cattle industries, research on BRD had been a longstanding global. The disease was multi-factorial,stress and environmental factors interacting with multiple viral, bacterial and mycoplasma,to produce severe respiratory illness in some animals. This review focused on the primary viral pathogens of IBRV and BRSV, cell infection and pathogenic mechanism of the biological characteristics of common and serious disease, in order to provided reference for the prevention and control of BRD.
