Research Progress of the Nutrition Level Affecting the Content of Milk Casein in Dairy Cows

Abstract: Casein is the main component of milk protein which has high nutritional value and plays an important regulatory role in the organism.The factors such as genetic,lactation stage,breeding and diet affect the content of casein.Regulation of diet is a common method to improve the content of milk casein,which also has a significant effect to optimize diet utilization and the quality of dairy products.The paper summarizes the influence of different diet nutrition levels on the content of milk casein and provides a theoretical foundation for improving the content of milk casein in dairy cows.
