Abstract: The level of pesticide residues in milk is relatively quite high as milk is close to the top of food chain. A large number of tests and studies carried out by toxicologists abroad and nationally have demonstrated that risk to health from pesticide residues in milk commonly caused by chronicle, tiny-dose toxic effect, this effect also relates to teratogenicity, carcinogenicity and mutagenicity. National and international organizations to develop the standards and regulations to limit pesticide residues in their milk.The article on the pesticide residue limits in the country and abroad milk were compared and analyzed, reviewed and relevant testing methods and risk monitoring mode.
