新型鸭肝炎病毒的分离鉴定

Abstract

Abstract: In order to investigate the pathogenesis of duck field, one strain of duck hepatitis virus was isolated from the duck field, determination of the virus in duck embryo ELD₅₀ for 10^-5.53/0.2 mL by Reed-Muench method, animal regression test showed attack ducklings reproduce original disease and clinical symptoms and pathological changes, type DHV-Ⅰ positive serum on strains isolated virus without neutralization, RT-PCR identification the isolated strain of the virus is a new type of duck hepatitis virus.
