长顺绿壳蛋鸡雌激素受体1基因SNP与蛋品质性状的相关性研究

Abstract

Abstract: In order to quicken breeding and exploitation of Guizhou Changshun Blue-shell chickens, PCR-SSCP and DNA sequence technology were used to analyze polymorphisms and association of estrogen receptor 1(ESR1) gene polymorphisms with egg quality from 124 Changshun Blue-shell chickens. The results showed that there were three kinds of genotypes(AA,AC and CC) in ESR1 gene resulted from A(-999)C, the distribution of genotypes deviated from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium(P<0.05) by Chi square test,the difference among egg weight,egg shape index,egg yolk and albumen ratio,eggshell weight was not significant(P>0.05),whereas the difference of eggshell thickness between AA and AC genetypes was significant individuals of AA genotype could get better eggshell thickness, which might strengthen egg quality.
