Abstract: In order to develop monoclonal antibodies of HN protein of Newcastle disease virus, BALB/c mice were immunized with CK/AH/100/2010 virus, and spleens were used for fusion with SP2/0. Six McAb cell strains of PX1 to PX6 were determined by hemagglutinin inhibition (HI). The results of HI cross-reaction with AIV, EDS and other HA virus suggested that the six McAbs had excellent specificity with NDV. The McAbs PX1, PX3 were shown to react with the HN antigen of NDV CK/GD/263/2010 in indirect-immunofluorescence assay.
