Advances on the Function of FoxO1

Abstract

Abstract: FoxO proteins were unified nomenclature in 2000. Among them,FoxO1 is one of the main member of the subfamily. This paper points out the structure and distribution of FoxO1, and highligts its biological function on biological metabolism, oxidative stress,differentiation of skeletal muscle cells and transformation of muscle fiber types in animals,and animal reproduction.
