Abstract: To establish canine acute pancreatitis model, the compounds trypsin and sodium cholate were injected into canals of Wirsung total for 4 dogs. When the acute pancreatitis model were challenged, observe its pathological changes in breast tissue morphology, HCT, WBC, AMY, positive result of blood culture on 1^st day, 2^nd day, 4^th day and 7^th day, and 7 days later. The results showed that ①Severe hyperaemia and haemorrhage of pancreas could be seen after injecting sodium cholate. ②In comparison with those of HCT, WBC, AMY, the animals were significantly higher than pre-challenge level. The results demonstrated that the case model of acute pancreatitis could be built by injecting sodium cholate and compounds trypsin.
