Abstract

Abstract: According to the conserved sequence of PCV2 published in GenBank, a pair of primers for amplification of PCV2 specified fragment was designed and a PCR assay for PCV2 detection was established. The results showed that the PCR was sensitive and specific, and useful to detect the clinic samples. It was helpful for clinical diagnosis and epidemiologic survey of PCV2.
