Rapid Screening of Cattle or Sheep-derived Materials in Feed Products with Quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction

Abstract: A new method that can rapidly screen cattle or sheep-derived materials in feed products was carried out with quantitative polymerase chain reaction, thus can greatly cut the workload and save the time. Also, quantitative analysis of cattle or sheep-derived materials was carried out together with its formula. The sensivity of this method was 100 times more than the regular PCR one’s.
