Abstract: At present，avian influenza is still one of infectious diseases threatening poultry industry in our country. Inactivated vaccine injection is the main method to prevent and control avian influenza. Being a newly developed vaccine，the DNA vaccine has many unique advantages， it gradually becomes a hotspot about the research of avian influenza vaccine. The article summarized the research status of avian influenza vaccine in the recent years and provided some strategies for the research.
