Abstract: Swine influenza, which is an acute, hermotropic, highly infectious viral respiratory disease of pigs, is caused by swine influenza virus. It can produce different kinds of bacterial or viral disease which is secondary and concurrency, so it is becoming one of the most hazardous dieases in the livestock husbandry gradually. The hemagglutinin gene, main antigen of swine influenza virus on the surface, is of crucial importance to the pathogenic of SIV, and the hemagglutinin protein also has rich biological effects. The research of swine influenza virus hemagglutinin gene will provide help to prevent swine influenza and offer ideas to develop new typies of vaccines.
