The Effect of Fat on Dry Matter Intake and Rumenal Digestion

Abstract: As the knowledge of fat function in nutrition and physiology field being learned, some fat production was fed with high milk yield dairy cow. The experimental data showed it can affect of dry matter intake and rumenal digestive to feed fat with dairy cattle. This article reviewed the metabolize of fat in rumen, the effect of fat on intake and rumenal digestive fatty acid, dry matter, carbohydrate, fibre and protein.
