Abstract: The objective of this pepar is to investigate and study FMD antibody level of slaughtered pigs transported from foreign provinces. 2800 serum samples were got in Dongguan during the four stages of 2004,November 2006 to December 2006,February 2007 to March 2007 and March 2007 to April 2007, the samples of 2004 were detected by ELISA, the others were detected by FMDV type O positive hemagglutination. The qualified rate is only 13.7% in 2004, antibody level above 1∶32 is 29.77%, while above 1∶128 only accounts for 9.66% in November 2006 to April 2007. The results show that FMD antibody level is low.
