Abstract: To identify the maternal antibody and immune dynamics of avian influenza virus, the layers of different age were immunized, and conducted tracking detection to provide a scientific basis for the scientific development of the immune process of poultry. The experimental results show that the level of maternal antibodies in chickens is related to the antibody level of breeding hens, HI antibody levels of H5 subtype of avian influenza of breeding hens and maternal antibodies of offspring rise and fall in direct proportion to the law. 
