Abstract: Objective to seek the easy,safe and effective methods of evaluate the effect of combined anesthesia that using Urethane and Sodium Pentobarbital in rabbits of surgical. 32 rabbits which were weighed from 2.0 kg(female and male to be half and half) were divided into four groups by random selection,two groups were used the ear rim vein to give one medicine, two groups were used the abdominal cavity to give other medicine. Anesthesia time of the medical effect results which using the abdominal cavity surpassed the time which using the ear rim vein. Using the different medicine and methods of two kinds of groups haven't the difference for the time of narcotic sleep.
