Study of Cashmere Quality in Different Area of China

Abstract

Abstract: For studying of the difference of cashmere quality in Alashan of Inner Mongolia, Chaqia town of Qinghai and Ping Liang Gansu, China, the cashmere was tested, which were collected from three areas respectively, that is Fineness, elongation, strength, length by Hand arranging, Short cashmere content. Results：the cashmere fineness , elongation rate and the length by Hand arranging are 16.14±1.73 μm , 46.18％±2.93％ and 49.56±10.83 mm respectively, they are extremely notable (P<0.01) greater than which of the cashmere of Chaqia town of Qinghai and Ping Liang of Gansu.
