A Simple Method to Make the Aritifical Vigna for Rahbit Sperm Collection

Abstract: Objective The aim of this study was to introduce a simple method of making an artifical vergina using for rabbit sperm collection. Methods Some materials that are easily available under an experimental circumstance have been organized and made into artifical vagina by hand. Results The homemade artifical vagina was tested easy used and well-worked. Conclusion This method is proved simple and effective in the artificial insemination on Japanese big ear rabbit.
