梅花猪品种资源的保护与遗传保种研究探讨

Abstract

Abstract: Large White pig is a kind of excellent local pig breed, with the expansion of large scale of raising pigs, some strains decline sharply, even on the verge of extinction. This paper reviews the current situation and characteristics of‘Plum pig’, puts forward the importance of the protection of high-quality local livestock taking Plum pig as an example, focuses on the research progress on the present preservation method of pig genetic resources, the development and application of pig somatic cell cloning technology, the exploration of operation, we also discusses the direction of the development and utilization of Plum pig.
