兔出血症病毒检测方法研究进展

摘要: 兔出血症发病率和致死率都很高,感染兔通常48~72 h后死亡,有肝坏死和肺出血为典型特征的组织病变,给养兔业带来了巨大的经济损失。近年来,随着对其研究的不断深入,在兔出血症病毒检测与诊断方面取得了很大的进展。文章系统阐述了兔出血症病毒检测的研究进展,提出了存在的问题和展望,为更有效地防治此病提供了方便。

Abstract: Rabbit hemorrhagic disease is associated with high morbidity and high mortality. Infected rabbits usually died after 48 to 72 h, showing typical histological features of liver necrosis and pulmonary hemorrhage, has brought huge economic losses to rabbit industry. In recent years, many people go deep into the research, and have made great progress in detection and diagnosis of the rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus. The article systematically introduces detection research of rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus and put forward the problems and prospects, provide convenient and effective disease prevention and control.
