Abstract: Our country’s economy development and the socialism new ruralreconstruction all need to develop the animal husbandry, and in the animal husbandry the grass gourmet livestock industry must be first developt because of our country’s condition of many people and little land. But the one of main obstacles of developing the grass gourmet livestock industry is Proportion of high production individual is too low and the economic efficiency is too bad. The fastest effective method to solve this problem is the application of embryo transfer technology, This had decided the embryo transfer technology will act vital role in the animal husbandry development in our country in future.　
