一起猪无名高热综合征病例的病原分离鉴定

Isolation and Identification of Pathogeny in a Swine High Fever Disease

摘要: 某猪场发生以体温升高为特征的病例。笔者对其送检的内脏样本进行了病原学检测和病原的分离与鉴定,结果从其内脏样本中检测和分离到多种病原。从其内脏组织中分离到2株细菌,通过细菌学方法鉴定,一株为副猪嗜血杆菌,另一株为猪链球菌;将送检样本接种到Marc145细胞,能观察到细胞病变,收获的病毒液经PCR检测,为蓝耳病病毒阳性;将送检的样本接种SPF鸡胚,收获的鸡胚尿囊液有血凝性,血凝试验(HA)和血凝抑制试验(HI)鉴定为猪副黏病毒。

Abstract: A swine high fever disease happened in a pig farm, and purtenance samples had been detected and pathogen isolation had been conducted in this research. Several pathogenies had been isolated and identified. By bacteriological experiments, two bacteria strains were isolated, and one was haeopilus parasuis(Hps), the other one was streptococcus suis. The samples were inoculated into Marc145 cell, cytopathic effect had been observed by microscope, and the cell culture liquid was PRRSV positive with PCR. The samples were inocuated into SPF chicken embryo, SPF chicken embryo allantoic liquid could agglutinate erythrocyte of chickens, and the other virus had been identified as swine paramyxovirus by HA and HI.
