微生物发酵粕类蛋白质饲料的研究进展

摘要: 作者综述了粕类蛋白质饲料,包括豆、菜、棉粕作为动物饲料原料的营养特点及经过微生物发酵后可有效改善其营养价值,提高动物消化利用率,促进动物生产,从而节约饲料成本,且有利于缓解中国蛋白质饲料资源紧缺的关键性问题,并提出了微生物发酵粕类蛋白质饲料存在的问题及发展前景。

Abstract: The characters of soybean meal,rapeseed meal and cotton seed meal as protein feed were summarized, and the advantages of these fermented production for improving nutrient value, enhancing digestive rate, promoting animal production and saving the feed costing were referred. These fermented soybean meal,rapeseed meal and cotton seed meal as protein feed should relieve the pressure of the lack of protein feed resource. The potential question in application and the bright future were also referred in this paper.
