转脂肪酸结合蛋白基因对小鼠生长发育影响的研究

摘要: 本研究通过对转脂肪酸结合蛋白(fatty acid binding protein,FABP)基因2个子代小鼠的心脏、肝脏、骨骼肌、子宫、卵巢进行组织切片、傅里叶红外光谱及表观生长发育指标的检测与分析,结果表明,转FABP基因小鼠与非转基因小鼠无显著差异,可稳定遗传。

Abstract: In the research, tissue biopsies, fourier infrared spectrum, and the apparent growth index were used to test and analyse hearts,livers, skeletal muscle, uterus, ovarians of the first and the second filial generation FABP transgenic mice. The results showed that there was no significant difference between FABP transgenic mice and wild-type mice and genetic stability.
