蒸汽压片玉米加工工艺及质量评价方法的研究进展

摘要: 蒸汽压片处理因其在提高玉米淀粉消化率、改善反刍动物生产性能和畜产品品质、减少环境污染和降低饲养成本等方面功能越来越受到人们的重视,并随着在反刍动物日粮中进一步应用对其工艺技术和产品标准也提出更高要求。作者较全面地从蒸汽压片技术提高玉米淀粉利用率的作用机制、加工工艺及加工质量评价方法等方面进行综述,以期为蒸汽压片玉米研究提供参考。

Abstract: Steam flaking is paid increasing attention for their functions such as enhancing digestibility of corn starch,improving production performance and products quality in cattle,decreasing environmental pollution and cost of feeding. Its application in ruminant diet calls for high processing mechanics and quality standards. The mechanism that steam flaking enhances digestibility of corn,technological process of steam flaking,as well as various techniques and measurements that can be used to appraise the efficacy of flaking are comprehensively reviewed in this article.
