流式细胞术在霉菌毒素研究中的应用

摘要: 世界范围内受霉菌毒素污染的农作物越来越多,这不仅造成巨大的经济损失,也给人和动物健康带来严重危害.近年来,由于流式细胞术能够对混合物中的单个细胞进行快速准确的分析,而逐步成为研究霉菌毒素细胞毒性作用的一种合理可行的方法.作者主要介绍了流式细胞术在检测霉菌毒素及其细胞毒性作用研究中的应用,以期为进一步探究霉菌毒素的毒性作用机制提供参考.

Abstract: There are more and more mycotoxin-contaminated crops around the world, which not only results in huge economic losses, but also has adverse effects on animal and human health.Flow cytometry has become an available tool in cytotoxicity of mycotoxins studies in recent years for the rapid and accurate analysis of single cells in a mixture.The author reviewed the application of flow cytometry to determination of mycotoxins and research of its cytotoxic effect in order to provide references for further research of mycotoxin toxicity mechanism.
