犬短腿性状的研究进展

摘要: 犬的短腿性状是一种生长性状,近几年,在神经内分泌生长轴各因子、成纤维细胞生长因子及其他一些相关因素等方面均有关于犬短腿性状的报道,结果表明,除IGF-Ⅰ基因外大部分能够导致人类身材矮小的因素并不能影响犬的身材大小,且fgf4的发现使得犬短腿性的研究取得了突破性进展。作者主要从相关激素、生长因子及相应受体及一些相关基因等方面综述了犬短腿性状的研究进展。

Abstract: The short-legged phenotype of domestic dog was a growth trait, in recent years, there were many reports about this phenotype in the respects of neuroendocrine growth axis, fibroblast growth factors and other related factors. The results showed that most factors leading to human short stature did not affect the size of dog's body except for IGF-Ⅰ, in addition, the discovery of fgf4 made a breakthrough in the research. In this paper, the research development of short-legged phenotype of domestic dog was summarized from the aspects of relevant hormones, growth factors and some related genes.
