高分辨率熔解曲线分析应用的研究进展

摘要: 高分辨率熔解曲线分析(high-resolution melting curve analysis,HRMA)是结合饱和荧光染料、未标记探针和实时荧光定量PCR的一种新的检测基因突变与基因分型的分子诊断技术,具有高通量、低成本、简单快捷、结果准确、灵敏度和特异性高及真正闭管操作等优点。作者就高分辨率熔解曲线分析应用的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: High resolution melting analysis (HRMA) was a new molecular diagnosis method for mutation scanning and genotyping, which combined special saturated fluorescent dyes, unlabled probe and Real-time PCR. High resolution melting analysis was superior to other nucleic acid research methods, including an inexpensive closed tube format that was a rapid, accurate, sensitive, special and high-throughput assay. In this paper, advancement on the application of high resolution melting in molecular diagnosis was summarized.
