持续埋植褪黑激素对SOX21基因表达影响研究

Study on Effect of Constant-release Melatonin on SOX21 Gene

摘要: 试验通过对内蒙古绒山羊采用持续埋植两年褪黑激素和提取皮肤总RNA后,进行Real-time PCR扩增,并研究了褪黑激素(melatonin,MT)对绒相关基因SOX21在皮肤中表达的影响。以GAPDH基因为看家基因对荧光定量获得的相对定量的数据进行校正,数据经2-△△Ct法分析,结果发现:①SOX21基因在不同个体中的表达趋势是相对稳定的,不受个体差异的影响。②褪黑激素对一年中SOX21基因在内蒙古白绒山羊皮肤中表达的影响除3、4、5月份外其他月份均有显著的影响。③持续埋植两年稳定了褪黑激素对SOX21基因在绒山羊皮肤中表达的影响,降低了绒山羊对褪黑激素的应激反应。④SOX21基因在毛囊休止期表达明显下调,可能与脱绒相关。

Abstract: The experiment by the way of constant-release melatonin two years and abstract skin total RNA Real-time PCR to Inner Mongolia Cashmere goats, for depth study melatonin effects on SOX21 gene. Used GAPDH gene as housekeeping gene to correct the quantitative data relative which obtain by Real-time PCR,the data by 2-△△Ct analysis found that: ① SOX21 gene in different individuals expressions in the trend was relative stability and variability impact of hormones. ② There were significant effect in addition to March,April,May in the SOX21 gene expression was no trend significant change,the other months had changed significantly. ③ While constant-release melatonin on the SOX21 gene expression,reducing the goat of the stress response to melatonin. ④The SOX21 gene express was down regulation in the hair follicle telogen.
