复合益生素对仔猪免疫功能的影响

Effects of Compound Probiotics on Immune Function of Piglets

摘要: 为了解复合益生素(嗜酸乳杆菌+干酵母)对仔猪免疫功能的影响。选取60头日龄相同、体重相近的初产仔猪,分为复合益生素组(基础日粮+0.2 g/kg干酵母+0.4 g/kg嗜酸乳杆菌液)、嗜酸乳杆菌组(基础日粮+0.4 g/kg嗜酸乳杆菌液)、鱼肝油乳组(基础日粮+10 mL/kg鱼肝油乳)、基础对照组(基础日粮)4组,15头/组,用ELISA试剂盒检测不同日龄、不同组别仔猪外周血总IgG、IL-2、IL-5和IFN-γ的含量变化。结果显示,从15~55日龄添加复合益生素增加总IgG、IL-2、IL-5和IFN-γ的量分别为102.76%、62.63%、53.71%和33.45%,明显高于其它组。可见,复合益生素能够更好的增强仔猪的免疫功能。

Abstract: To investigate the effects of Compound Probiotics on immune functions in piglets.Sixty healthy primiparity piglets(the same age and similar weight) were divided into 4 groups: Compound Probiotics group(basis ration + 0.2 g/kg dried yeast +0.4 g/kg acidophilus), acidophilus group(basis ration +0.4 g/kg acidophilus), cod-liver oil group(basis ration +10 mL/kg cod-liver oil) and control group(basis ration) , peripheral blood IgG, IL-2, IL-5 and IFN-γ content were tested by ELISA kit. The results showed that compound probiotics could add the content of IgG, IL-2, IL-5 and IFN-γ in turn 102.76%,62.63%,53.71% and 33.45% from 15-day old to 55-day old, the compound probiotics group was significantly higher than other test control groups. So compound probiotics can be better enhance immune function of piglets.
