摘要: 选择在转化生长因子(TGF-β)信号转导中起关键作用的转化生长因子受体Ⅱ(TGF-βRⅡ)为切入点来研究TGF-β信号通路在绒毛周期性生长中的作用。试验通过提取内蒙古绒山羊皮肤总RNA并采用RT-PCR技术对内蒙古绒山羊不同时期皮肤中TGF-βRⅡ基因表达进行测定。结果表明,TGF-βRⅡ在1(退行期)、3(休止期)、5(兴盛前期)和9月份(兴盛期)均有表达。由此推测,TGF-βRⅡ可能通过与TGF-β结合对绒山羊绒毛的周期循环起调控作用。

Abstract: TGF-βRⅡ plays a key role in TGF-β signal transduction, TGF-βRⅡ was selected to study the effects of TGF-β signal pathway in the cycling growth of cashmere. Assessed TGF-βRⅡ expression by RT-PCR in the skin of Inner Mongolia Cashmere goats at different development stages. Results of this study showed that the expression of TGF-βRⅡ in January, March, May and September. TGF-βRⅡ might regulate the cycling growth of cashmere with binding ligand TGF-β.
