摘要: 作者阐述了蜂胶的主要化学成份及蜂胶的特性,归纳了蜂胶在杀菌、防腐及抗氧化等研究中的功能作用,并对蜂胶在食品安全中的应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract: The main chemical components and properties of propolis are introduced in this article, summarized propolis in sterilization, anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation function, the perspectives and prospects of research on propolis in food security are presented.
